Expertise
Mr. Wiseman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2009. Entering on scholarship, Mr. Wiseman emphasized practical litigation skills and strategy. As part of this emphasis, Mr. Wiseman spent three semesters prior to being admitted to the bar representing clients through the University of San Diego Legal Clinics and the California State Bar Practical Training of Law Students program. Mr. Wiseman further worked his summers for two civil litigation firms.
Mr. Wiseman is admitted to practice in California state trial courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and every United States District Court located in California. Mr. Wiseman's practice has ranged from foreclosure of mechanic's liens, to class action jury trial, bankruptcy proceedings, appellate proceedings, and other complex litigation.
